Running Wine (SSSPSX) Help

Hello Everyone,

I got ssspsx to run great on wine 9.30 with the following settings

Peopsoft 1.17
Res @ 640*480 Fullscreen Only
Dithering On
Stretch to window size
FPS limit On
Autodetect FPS On
Wait For Vsync On

Eternal Spu 1.50 beta 2

Direct Sound On
Wait For XA buffer On
Update Registry On
Spu Irq Wait for Cpu On
Spu Irq Force Interruption On

SSSPSX Cdr

SSSPSXPAD 1.6

It runs great but has random hangs. Sometimes you can play 2 hours other time 5 minutes before a hang. But even like this a was able to beat Legacy Of Kain. What I want to know if there is a wine version that doesn't cause random
Hangs? If so let me know i hate to have to be dependent on microsoft.

BTW i got 7 hangs through out the whole game on Legacy Of Kain and,
You Can't use savestates with wine it crashes if you try to load a savestate.

I think it was the Ubuntu default ati driver causing the emulation to hang. i updated to the ati propietary driver 8.33.6. Now i have not had a hang and i'm half way throught castlevania sotn but, i have to drop the resolution to 640 * 400 so the music play fine FullScreen Only.
