Laggy game

I am started to play playstation on my computer, but i lags a lot, specially when there comes movie... what can i do to fix this problem???

I got it fixed, some wrong plugin configuration....

Is there an easyere was to se whats in my memorys cards, i use ePSXe. PSXeven have a good way to do that(You can see to cards in one time, and copy and so on very very easy... Is there a plugin to do that?

yeah just select the run bios option in epsxe and then select memory cards
