Has anyone hurd if theres going to be an emulator for the Wii making it possable to play XBox and PSP game on the Wii?

no one here is going to create a wii emulator out of scratch. That takes years and many many people to do. And dont expect one for may be another 5 years.

Since the Wii is not much more than a souped up GC (no offense, I own both ;)), Xbox and PSP emulation won't be possible on it.
There is a good chance that some emulators for the GC will be ported to the Wii, or perhaps you can already use them on a modded Wii.
