ePSXe speed Issues. I need help on this

Ok I downloaded all the necessary files and everything. I put in a game Final Fantasy VIII and everything loads up. But right at the opening movie sceen everything goes so damn fast! In gameplay, its too fast and the sounds are sounding crappy. whats wrong? help me someone help!

hello red flag,

you need to config your video and audio plugins.
use One Of Pete Plugins with fps limit with autodetect fps for video and
for audio use Eternal Spu 1.50 Plugin with update before accessing the
register on.
