Which graphics plug-in are you using?.

To get the best results, be sure you have a video card with DirectX 8.0 rendering and use the Jabo's Direct3D8 plugin.

I have Jabo's Direct3D8 plugin and DirectX9.0 do I need 8.0 cause the problem is still there. It's not major but I just don't want to fight black enemies in Paper Mario or see Banjo's shadow as Banjo (Banjo-Tooie)

Don't mistake DirectX 9.0 software (the one you install) with DirectX hardware. The DirectX level is the ability a video card has to render more realistic images. The Jabo's Direct3D8 plugin is for DirectX 8.0 or above (hardware). If you have an old DirectX video card like DirectX 7 or 6, use Jabo's Direct3D6, but that won't help fixing your graphic bugs, but it will increase performance.

I must got it cause all the games run smooth as cutting butter but it's the graphics I want to fix. I could post pictures to show you whats wrong. So far I must have fixed something in Legend of Zelda OoT but it's the other mainly Banjo-Tooie and Paper Mario. Everytime I get to Bowser the first time he is all black and the stars are transparent. In Banjo-Tooie the black smoke is white and the images during talking is black.

Use imageshack or something, to upload a pic or two. It will be easier for them to see :)

Before buying my current graphics card I had this integrated DirectX 6 graphics chip and, of course, graphics were horrible. Then I bought an ATI Radeon 9200 SE (DirectX 8.1) and used it with Jabo's Direct3D8. It looks a lot better now, even you can see motion blur in Majora's Mask.
Which card are you using?

I don't think it's the graphics card. The graphics that aren't messed up look wonderful its just some are being a pain in the neck. Look for yourself.

It doesn't matter. If you're looking for help, you must provide me with the info I'm requiring so I can help you.
I just have tested those games using the following settings:
Project64 1.6 (latest).
ATI Radeon 9200 SE graphics card (DirectX 8.1) with the latest drivers.
Microsoft DirectX 9.0c (October 2006 release).
Jabo's Direct3D8 1.6.

Okay, it's a Rage 128 Pro Ultra GL AGP. I think thats my graphics card i'm not sure. If it is then you can't help me since I could never afford a new card thanks anyway.

Mate thats a really old, tired card. Pj64 really needs to be run on more modern hardware and I think the 128 Rage Pro only supports up to directx 6 features.
So without an upgrade you're knackered.

On the affordability thing, you should be able to source a DX8 compatible AGP card for very little money. Definitely £10 - £30 should see you get a decent older card.
I have no idea why I did a second post quoting my first BTW. I'm sure I hit edit....apparently not.

See? That's a video card problem. Your Rage Pro is a DirectX 6 card and it's also an UNSUPPORTED card for Project64. The only way is to get a DirectX 8 card or even better, a DirectX 9 card.
