I need to know where the default screen folder is.
I had this Vista Skin that I did not like after I installed it. After I uninstall it I lost my Default Welcome Screen and the logging off screen. it still shows the Vista welcome screen and the logging off screen.

that's a system file and i dont recommend messing around with it or you may end up not being able to boot up your comp. Just do a system restore to the day before you installed the vista skin.

Are you using some skin app like StyleXP or WindowBlinds?

vista transformation pack is know to seriously cripple windows xp. Do a system restore or reformat or just deal with it. It could be even worse.
