Hi, I'm looking for a nes emulator for ds that will work with m3, I found one that worked okay, but there was no way to turn off scaling, if there is one that has the unscaled resolution, know of any? Much obliged.

He isn't using an emulator for the NDS. The M3 is a backup device. He wants to play a NES emulator on his real NDS.
Perhaps you can try NesterDS (http://www.telefragged.com/thefatal/index.php?content=inc_si_ds.htm).

PocketNES also has an unscaled option.
