Welcome. There are many ways to create videos for YouTube. Some emulators have an in-built video recording system such as VisualBoyAdvance. you can also try Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/).

Welcome. I suggest you to use Finalburn Alpha emulator if you make cps1, cps2, neo geo videos.

Thanks! Sorry, but I have very little exp. in Emulating. All of those programs can run on a Mac, hopefully?

emulation is still a very windows os thing.. only a few emulators have been ported to macs. FRAPs only supports windows
