Why don't they use directx support with mame it's getting behond the joke i can't even play street fighter 2 in proper speed with the latest version.

Yea... True. Thats why I'm trying to get admin to host FastMame. Its old, (0.98) but like the name says. Its Fast Mame.

Ok... I'll say something 'thread worthy'. Yea, Mame is getting slow... But PC's are getting faster... All part of evolotion

I believe the MAME team changed everything after version .106. It's the latest version my PC run at top speed. Still a pretty good library of games. Better than 0.98 of course.
