Noob problem

for some reason, my microsoft windows XP says it doesn't read the application your (or anyone else's, for that matter) ROMs run on. An I'd really like to play Super Smash Bros on the N64. Could you please solve this (or give me info on the next step to do)?:confused:

Don't double click the ROM. Get an emulator like Project64 and boot the ROM from there.
