How can I play Wind Waker on my PC???

HI, The only emulator I have ever used is the JNES well the ZSnes too but not a lot. Basically I don't know Jack about emulators. I have wanted to play Zelda Wind Waker for years now but I own an XBOX and don't want to get a gamecube, is there a way for me to play Wind Waker on my PC?

Whats currently the most powerful emulator? Or most current console emulator that works?

The best emu is for the gba visualboyadvance and than its project64 fro n64 than epsxe for psx(my opinion)
