2-3 fps.. this is horrible

How am I only able to rock 2-3fps on Game cube games ??? I have a 2.8 Ghz Pent D processor, Radeon x1600 512 megs with 1 gig of ram. On Half Life 2 its constantly between 60-70 fps on the highest quality.

you can't compare gamecube specs with computer specs for emulation.

There are no working gamecube emulators at the moment that can play commercial games.

And you won't get more than 4 FPS, even if you have the Cray Super Computer.
