i downloaded a psp emu and it gave me a eboot.pbp what an i supposed to do with this

EBOOT.PBP's run on the actual hardware. Youve probably downloaded a GB or Snes emulator that runs on the PSP. AFAIK there are no working PSP emulators that run PSP games on a computer.
