What are some good settings to use when trying to record a game. When I record, the game becomes slow, so is the reaction.

recording games takes a lot of cpu and harddrive performance. Depending on your comp, it will be slow.

I found out how to record the game and playing at a good speed. The video sort of comes out laggy now.
