How do I rip videos from PS1 games?

I've searched, but haven't found out how to do this. I want to rip the Final Fantasy 8 videos to my PC. If anyone can tell me what I need and how to do it, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks, but, unfortunately, I'm having a new problem. I've tried a few different programs and none of them recognize my cd-rom. I've installed ASPI drivers, but it didn't help. Windows XP seems to be harder to get these programs to work on. I'm not sure if this would make a difference, but I have a dvd-rom, too. If you know any fix for this, please let me know.

Get PsxMC; it has ASPI support and inculdes the Final Fantasy VIII plugins.
