I'd rather the Xbox 360 one, but I'm not really sure if those controllers are supported by Windows.

By having USB port it doesn't mean it's compatible with Windows, unless the controller is PnP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plug-and-play) compatible or they come with its own driver disc.

The first gamepad(link (http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/6764601.htm)) is for a PC. Don't bother buying the second one as it's meant to be used with an xbox.

It is compatible i always use my xbox 360 wired joypad for my ps, n64 emulators =]

After config on nintendo, like Goldeneye, Wipeout 64, Extreme G2, Pokemon snap and for ps, Crash Team Racing, Legacy Of Kain Blood Omen, Legacy Of Kain Soul Reaver, Wipeout 2097, Music 2000, Die Hard Trilogy, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, Bloody Roar, Driver, Syphon Filter 2

It should work with any game supporting DirectInput. In other words, almost every Windows games that require joypad.
