ok so i downloaded final fantasy tactics and extracted the file and i got a .img file, a .sub file, and a .ccd file. what do i do with these files?

mount the CD image file with daemon tools.

Or burn it with CloneCD, since it's a CloneCD image.

or just load the iso directly using the emulator.
