TGB Dual tutorial

Does anyone have a tutorial about TGB Dual? I'm trying to set up a connection between 2 pc's trough a netwerk (not LAN) but i can't find where?

Can someone explain or give me a tutorial?

TGB Dual can not link 2 computers.
It will only work on one computer.

I think only VBA Link will do that.
and it only works for GBA games.
