Does anyone know which emulator emulates NBA Live 2000 N64 best? I want to start setting up an updated rosters edit for that game but first I need to get it running properly on an emulator, and then find a roster editor that works for that game.
Along with info on the best emulator is there anyone here capable of making a roster editor for NBA Live 2000?

I'll do the rosters and graphics. I just need a good working roster editor.
If I find one I'll make a 2007 update and a Dream Teams edit for N64.
