Ok,
I've tried Nestopia and Nesticle and they sucked. Which nes emulator is the fastest? When I would walk vertically on Crystalix the dots on the cave floors would turn into lines and the bottom of the screen had some discoloration going on.

just because an emulator cant handle one single game doesn't mean it "sucks"
what are your computer specs and have you tried another version of the rom file?

I have a dual pentium 3.0 GHz with 2gig memory and 256mb Radeon x850 xt platinum video card. Windows XP SP2.

I want an emulator that can handle graphics better than Nestopia.

What does that commment mean?
He means that with a PC with your specs, every NES emulator will run at full speed.
I mostly use VirtuaNes (http://virtuanes.s1.xrea.com/), so perhaps you could give that a try.

FCE ULTRA BY FAR! That emulator gives me no trouble what so ever. Of course, I'm just playing the games, not hacking them in any way.

Your ROM is bad, not Nestopia. My ROM is 100% working, no noticable glitches.

I personally pick Jnes. It's the most resources intensive NES emulator (according to the readme.txt file) and it's been designed by the Project64 guys.
