Not very sure but you can try to look it out at Emufrance (http://www.emufrance.com).

@Game and Watch
Overall, there is no emulator that can emulate Game and Watch titles, BUT there is some sites that have that kind of game simulators. Try to look through Google! (http://www.google.com) (Apparently I totally forgot where is it.)
