Quality Chrono Trigger rom

It's not hard to find a rom for Chrono Trigger, but the problem is that for the rom versions many of the sound effects seem to be altered from the original console game (although the music is ok).

Are there any out there that don't have that problem? It would be nice to find one because the one that I got has that issue.

They must exist, because I have one that works fine. It may be your sound card or settings. How bad it is exactly?

Sound in Chrono Trigger is somehow complex. I've tested many ZSNES versions with the same ROM and sound varies from version to version.
