Do you mean something like mapping it to keys but hiding it from an App....
As mont said please tell us more, All i can assume is it has to do with
Key mapping.

look i want one aplication to not see my pad, like when it tries to check for any gamepads, it gets an answer nope no gamepad in here, but with any other aplication on my system it should be like yap theres the pad.
and it has nothin to do with keymaping

I don't think that is possible. The easy ways are disabling it temporarily in the Control Panel or just unplugging it.
