Old arcade game help

I have a mod chip in my ps1 can i emulate any arcade games on it or am i better off getting the modded dreamcast back out of retirement. Thanks for any help will mame run on either of these?

I don't know any arcade emulators for the PSX, so I suggest digging up your DC ;)
