How do I change isos? I got to the end of disc 1, but I dont know how to change isos.....

The File_Run__Config_Options thing dissapears whenever the game starts..

EDIT: nvm I fixed it. But now whenever I change discs theres no sound, and I cant save because Mei Ling wont display text, and I cant leave the data save thing after that.

Use Eternal SPU? Or go to Emuforums (http://forums.ngemu.com) and search MGS threads. I know I've seen this problem before.

Cant you just....tell me what they did to fix it?

EDIT: does anyone have a save state on disc 2? Preferrably with Meryl Alive...

But, its not just the sound, everything is normal, but once I switch to disc 2 it all fucks up.

Eternal SPU is a sound plugin, and it should fix both the sound problem and the saving problem.
