Hello, I've recently downloaded Abes Oddworld for PC which I finally found out wasn't a PSX file, I used Daemon Tools to mount the image onto one of my virtual drives, opened the drive using 'Run' > E:\ And I was able to get the game working by clicking an abe icon named 'AbeWIn', so that was sorted.

I think I have downloaded the PC version of Discworld also, because there is a MS-DOS Application situated in the file etc but there doesn't seem to be a way to get the game running, like there was on Abe's oddworld, there is a setup file called DWB which is the games command line file I use VDM Sound to run it which does work for most MS DOS games but there is a black screen and it says 'Discworld cannot locate Discworld CD' I know for a fact there is a small easy way to fix it, but what? please help! : )

PS: I know this isn't totally PSX related but I find this site really helpful and thought you could help! :)

Topics like this should be posted in in General Gaming.

Next your ISO is an Incomplete ISO meaning when it was put into ISO format a few Key files were left out or forgotten. Youll have to try to find it somewhere else.

Hiya! Thanks for that, I'll post things like this there from now on and about the ISO, yeah it's obviously missing certain important files, the actual file is only 375MB which indicates it's way too small, because for example Abe's Oddworld works fine now and the size of that is over 600MB, so there's one of the major differences, I'll look elsewhere for a file!

Cheers! :):D  You're great help!

Not exactly... The size really doesnt matter all that much for Pc ISO's it all really depends on how much info is in the game. I have a couple Pc ISO's that are under 300mb so that wont always indicate a bad file.

Oh ok, that's good to know, anyway I'm getting good at this extracting business using Daemon Tools, I understand what you mean when you say about the amount of info within the game files. *Complicated stuff, but I'm on a roll, getting these files to run!* Thanks for your help, you seem to be the only one helping out around here, cheers! :):)
