alright i just downloaded nebula but the 2 games i downloaded r missing the same set of files neo-geo.rom
ng-lo.rom
ng-sfix
is there any web site that have any of these i can download?

This is bios file to run neo geo games we can't tell you where to find. Rules (http://forums.emulator-zone.com/rules.php). Find neogeo.zip file and put it your roms folder.
