You can get an emulator off the main site HERE. (http://emulator-zone.com/doc.php/gba/vboyadvance.html) But you can not ask for ROM's or ISO images as these are Illegal. No one here will give you a link to any site with such information on it. You must find this on your own.

If I can make one suggestion: try P2P software and/or related websites (BitTorrent, eMule).
As (commercial) ROMs are illegal, finding direct download sites is much more difficult.
