GBA and DBZ Legacy of Goku

Hey guys i have a problem. When ever i try to play DBZ Legacy of Goku 1 i keep getting this screen...

I can play Legacy of Goku 2 just fine and i have tried playing it on Diff emulators.. All that we have on the main site and it doesnt want to work on any of them... Well it runs on Boycott but what you see is this...

Any ideas on what can be done?? Or do i just try and forget about it working cuz its not gonna happen?

If I remember you should set the save type to EEPROM_V122 and start the game from the beggining.
There was another topic about this by the way.

yeah in options on vba type save eeprom and flash 128 k like with pokemon emerald
