DS Emulators!

I have currenlty downloaded
all Nintendo DS Emulators,
and they do not work! None of them!
I try playing Mario and Luigi Partners In Time,
on all of them and none of them work!

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE I CAN GET
A PREFECT-FREE NO ERRORS NOTHING WORKING!
NINTENDO DS EMULATOR!

So far Ive downloaded like 11 and
none work! None tell me a good DS EMULATOR!
