New mario bros - NDS problem

ok i am using the DeSemuME emulator to try and run the new super mario bros game. it starts up fine and shows the Nintendo logo on the top screen and the nintendo copyright rules on the bottom one.

it then shows a message on the top screen saying "Could not erase data. Turn off power and reinsert the game card."

i am not sure what to do as i cannot reinsert the game card... lol and i have tried restarting the emulation and re-opening the rom.

please can someone help :D

Well Nds emulation isn't at perfection at the moment ,DESMUME is a great emulator,may be you should get a CLEAR DUMP ROM ,or try Ensata emulator.
I can't tell you where the clear dump rom is because the site has a lot of roms. Just enter CLEAR DUMP ROM at Google and you should find it with no problem. You should get the clear dump rom to play the game and read the compatibility of the games too of the emulator.
