the patch in english is for the game Dragon Ball Z 3 and it's a .rup file i have ips tool but i can't patch it so which program i have to use to patch this .rup file? ;)

I've never even heard of that format before. Why don't you just try finding an ips patch.

it's a Ninja Patch, .rup is one the many ninja formats.
