General question about Avitars...

I have been looking and looking and although it may be Obvious.... I cant seem to find the place to put an Avitar up... Can someone help me get an Avitar under my name PLEASE!!!!

Sorry all i knew it was a simple thing i over-looked, I foud out how to do it YAY!!!!! haha wow im like a kid in a candy store huh? Lol
