Chrono Cross Help....

I have the newest version of eSPXe Sony Playstation Emulator.
I am using my Chrono Cross.iso files to run the game, and it runs fantastic.

I have just one problem that I can not find the answer to, and this has probably come up before. If I could request some direct help from someone who has delt with this problem and solved it, would be nice.

My problem is, when ever I select element (to use magic), the game goes into such an extreme state of lag, that it takes 5-7 seconds for the next frame to come. Almost as if the game has frozen. :mad:

Will someone please tell me how to solve this problem... And still be able to use latest version of eSPXe emulator once the problem is finished? Thank you very much.

Most CC problems can be fixed by enabling the even/odd bit hack in the graphic plugin options or simply use ePSXe 1.5.2. instead of 1.6.0. I think this problem is one of them.

Listen very carfully to me.If you want to play any Squaresoft games with little or no flaw use pSX1.7.You do not have to configure any plugins and the games look better than on ps console.pSX also comes with a cd image compress tool called cdz.VERY NICE!

where can i find pSX1.7? i only found psx1.11 is it ok?

Yes that's the same emulator just a higher version.
