Multiplayer with VBA-1.8.0-beta3

I just downloaded VisualBoyAdvance-1.8.0-beta3 (i havent used any other versions of VBA or VB) and i want to know how i can get a link or multiplayer function to work.

Is there even an option in this program that allows for multiplayer?

nope, you have to get the link edition of vba, and that not in 1.8.0 beta 3 yet
