I have chankast alpha 0.25 How do i play a game on it?Can i just insert a legal gamedisk in my computer and start running the emulator or i must download isos or whatewer theyr called.?

The DreamCast discs (GD-ROMs) can't be read by your CD/DVD drive, so you will need to download ISOs.

I will use google to find them, cuz im not ollowed to ask for them.After i download an ISO what to do next?

download daemon tools mount the iso and run the emu and get the bios for the emu

You should MOUNT the ISO with Daemon Tools, not burn it ;)
