ePSXe 1.6.0 Problems With Final Fantasy IX

Right...
I got this ePSXe 1.6.0 about a week ago i set it up with

Video: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.75 (My graphics card can't run Pete's OGL2)
Sound: Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41
CdRom: SaPu's CD-ROM Plugin 1.0
Bio: SCPH1001

When i load Final Fantasy IX it loads up and just stays on a black screen,
i've checked the patches and they don't help and im clueless can someone help please?

O yeah i forgot to say Final Fantasy VII does the same, but i don't get it Final Fantasy VIII works perfectly.... i'm clueless

Sometimes useing an old version of ePSXe works, or checking any special fixes helps out to :S
Dunno, I haven't really been messing around with emulators in a long time.

Right i'm looking for 1.5.2 now might work hopefully it does :)

Nope still the same just a blank screen....

Now for some reason when i go on file -> run cdom a black screen loads up and then an error message,
when i try to load Final Fantasy IX.
ePSXe.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

i don't get why? :(

I found the problem for some reason my computer keeps uninstalling its sound device have to reinstall it.
Now my emulator works again just not final fantasy VII or IX

Nevermind this now i've made Final Fantasy IX Work, i didn't have the PPF file and the M3S

try not to post 8 times a row in your own thread next time. this forum isn't as active as many others so response time can be slow. You can always just use the edit button. Threads with 0 replies tend to get looked at first anyways.
