Hey I have the Super Mario 64, Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time, Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, and Paper Mario ROMs and I am confused. If the ROMs name is the title of the game and then "7.z" is it in some compressed form? And if so, where would I go to download the sofware to unzip it? And can someone tell me how to verify my ROMs with GoodN64 and GoodWindows?

Thank you for your time.

Yeah, .7z is a type of compression. You can use WinRAR to decompress it (www.rarlab.com) or you can use 7-Zip (www.7-zip.org). In there you will probably find a few different versions of the rom. Just pick the one you like, extract it, and then just open it with Project 64.
