A question about PSP and Nintendo

Is it possible to put a GBA emulator with a game into a PSP? and be able to play it?

There is someone working a GBA emulator for the psp, and hes making steady progress. The current version runs on 1.5, 2.00, 2.01, 2.5 and 2.6 (2.00+ only using the GTA Exploit, TIFF doesnt work) Not to sure on how fast it runs,

The readme told me about eLoader. But i don't get it. What I do? Do i replace my PSP folder with the PSP forder of the eLoader?
My PSP version is 2.71

Sorry no homebrew for 2.7 or 2.71, the exploit used to run the eloader which inturn runs eboots has been patched since 2.7 came out.
