Ive heard of a few, havent tried any though. I wanted to play games like Dragon Force. Theres a few others, but Dragon Force is the rarest and hardest to make work among them. Which emulator would run it best? Which emulator is best all around?

simple mount daemon tools with the iso and get the bios files and the emulator that's all you need :D

IS there any emulator where u can insert ure commercial games in the cd drive and load via the emulator?

Yes. They all should.

SSF does for sure (It's the only Saturn emulator I ever used)
