Help with Xeon

I go to the xeon.exe then i go to load xbe adn i click on halo.ini and it says cannot load. I have the xISO but don't know how to use it. Can i have exact directions please. I would appreciate it.

X-Box emulation is not at a state where you can currently play commercial games, if that's what you're trying to do.
