Have alook through this page (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/help/) first. Itll give you an idea about emulators and what youll need.

Right now you need a program such as 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org) that will decompress the files.

Once you do that feel free to ask us what else you don't understand.
