FF9 Help, freezes at the movie sequence in Dali!!

I need help with this, I load up FF9 on the ePSXe emulator. I am in the inn, afterwards I go outside of the village and it asks me if I want to leave, then I said yes. A talking sequence starts, they get on the ship and then a cinematic sequence occurs and the ship starts flying in the sky, and BAM!, the game froze. And then I scream and now I won't be able to play the game ever again. If anyone has experienced this problem, please tell me how to fix it. I need to play before I go on vacation. All help is appreciated!

ey man...my friend had the same problem...i think he downloaded another version of epsxe or summin n the game started workin again...the same thing happened to me n i got really pissed...thought there was somethin wrong with bin file but its the emulator...so download another version n try again...

i've the same problem using ePSXe 1.6.0 with eternal SPU und Pete's GPU.

does anyone have a solution except another ePSXe vers?

hmm it's working with ePSXe 1.5.2 and same plugins...
