prob with ff7-plz help-thx

when i try ff7 with epsxe i cant see the menus in battle. with psxeven i see the menus, but not the target pointer, which can be a real pain, especially against attacks like reno's pyramid where i have to attack my own characters without seeing who im targeting. any thoughts? (i also have a problem with inconsistent speeds of sound and video, though it soesn't affect the game too badly) thx for your help

humm that's odd. the plugin you're using..is it Pete's?

If it is one of Pete's plugin, there should be special game fixes for FF7!

it's a common video plugin problem. Try switching around the settings and plugins. Also try epsxe 1.5.2 for ff7. The older emulator is recommended for that game.
