anyone know where i can find a lag emulator to make my computer think its downloading a huge file

Do you mean a bandwidth controller or soemthing? If so, get DU Super Controller (http://www.homeqos.com/). I must tell you it's not free and will be over within 15 or 30 days.

i was thinkin like a program that lets you set your computers lag so that i could get a high ping in a game for a few minutes, tryin somthing :)

Like... Does someone want to make it lag so that when someone tries to get on their computer they can't do anything beacuse it's lagging so much.
