FF7 fmvs run really slowly

hey guys, I can't seem to figure this one out. The cinematics always run at a slow pace, but everything else works fine.

I have the isos for the game and I read on previous posts that epsxe 1.5.2 works better for this game so I'm using that.

these are my settings:

Not sure. Try enabling XA sound and checking the two misc options under video that speed up mdecs. That may help.
