So how does the vmsbrowser program work it says i dont have enough free blocks. Ive read the read me text file that comes with it and looked on the internet for help but i still have no idea how to free up blocks. Do i need a actual memory card?

Start up vms browser, pick write.vms, then it will create a memory card. After that, start the emulator then go into the memory card option and erase the memory card.
