I need help on how to turn on the blood red on all metal slug (Im using mame 32).

Someone already told me to put on the bios on jap version. I already did that but it only stopped my emulator from running. Can anyone help me?

If you play it on MAME hit F2.
You will have access to some options you probably didn't know about.
Turn blood color to Red or Blood - ON.
