could someone help me with Saturne?

i just donwloaded "Saturne" emu to play sonic r,but the emu wnats from me to configure the plugins and the bios
when i try to load a plugin it says i have to install ASPI or something like that
what should i do?:confused:

Well I don't think Saturne supports Sonic R.It didn't work rom me either.
If you have a PS2 Sonic R is in the game collection Sonic Gems Collection
