General Emulator Question...

Does anyone know if there's a Universal Emulator for arcade games such as one that will play nintendo, genesis, game-boy games that will export actual game images in COLOR ANSI format? Just curious to that becuase I have a thing about ansi artwork. And thought that would be quite interesting. If there's not one available would one consider it, or might that be near impossible to accomplish? I would really enjoy seeing game screens in Color ANSI format...
